Delete your account & data
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its associated data from our systems.
- By email: if you've already uninstalled the app, email [email protected] from your account email and we'll delete it for you.

Common questions
How do I invite family to my Care Circle?
Open the Care tab → Care Circle, and share an invite. Each invite is single-use and expires after a short window; the person joining confirms in the app before they're added.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your care information stays on your device and is shared only with the Care Circle members you invite. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy.
Does the assistant give medical advice?
No. The assistant supports you as a caregiver — it doesn't diagnose or recommend medications or doses, and it points you to a clinician for medical questions.
